1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.2. The rental company is located in Warsaw, at ul. Marchołta 22A
1.3. These regulations are made available each time the Agreement is signed

2. Loan

2.1. To rent equipment, you must reserve it in advance online using the reservation calendar on our website.
2.2. When collecting equipment ordered online, you must present 2 documents confirming your identity (ID card, passport, driving license).

2.3. The rental company provides the customer with prepared sports equipment and additional accessories
listed in the contract, and makes every effort to meet the Customer's expectations in this respect. Equipment
the sports car that is the subject of the rental and additional accessories are the property of the rental company.

2.4. The equipment can be rented by an adult customer who signs the regulations, information for the tenant, the contract and makes the payment
fee and the agreed deposit, the equipment is returned to the address and within the time specified in the contract.

2.5. The equipment is always technically checked by the rental company before renting it. Client
by signing the rental agreement, he confirms that he has received the equipment without defects, in accordance with the specifications and
good technical condition. The customer undertakes to return the equipment in the same technical condition. Client

3. RENTAL PERIOD

3.1. The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). The day is counted from the date and time of equipment rental. The return deadline may be exceeded by a maximum of two hours. After this time, a fee will be charged for extending the rental period for another day in accordance with the Rental Price List. In the case of weekends, the minimum rental period is 3 days - then we rent the equipment on Friday afternoon and return it on Monday by noon. Both the rental and return of the equipment take place at the rental office, at individually agreed hours. By agreement of both parties, it is possible to collect and return the equipment elsewhere. The Rental Agreement confirms the equipment rental.

4. EXTENSION OF THE RENTAL PERIOD

4.1. If the Tenant wishes to extend the rental period, the Tenant must pay the amount corresponding to the extension using the payment function on the website www.mycityrent.pl or contact Clean Life by phone - the extension will be possible after written confirmation by the company and the Tenant's transfer of the amount due for the next period.
4.2. For each day of delay in returning the item not agreed with the Lessor, a fee is charged as for rental for one day, increased by 100%.

4.3. The Landlord reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of an unforeseeable and involuntary obstacle preventing the execution of the order. In such a case, withdrawal from the contract takes place after the Landlord returns the payment paid by the Tenant.

4.4. The rental company reserves the right to refuse to extend the rental period.

5. Charges

5.1. The rental fee and deposit are collected in advance for the entire rental period. The deposit is refundable. In the event of returning damaged equipment, the deposit will be counted towards the reimbursement of repair costs.

5.2. Payment can be made as follows:
A. via the Internet - using the payment function on the website www.mycityrent.pl,
B. in person - by making a cash payment upon receipt of the ordered equipment (only possible after prior telephone arrangement.
5.3. Payments are made in Polish zlotys.

5.4. The payment card operator is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniaowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 0000347935th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number XNUMX, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

6. Returning the item

6.1. The loaned item must be returned clean, on time and in unchanged technical condition. If dirty equipment is returned, a cleaning fee of PLN 50 will be charged. If the item is damaged by the Lender, he is obliged to reimburse the repair costs. In the event of destruction, permanent dirt or loss of an item or its part during the equipment rental period, the Renter is obliged to pay an amount corresponding to the value of the item, according to the price list in Table 1. Refund of the value of the item or its part in the event of its loss or destruction, as well as Refund of repair costs in the event of damage is made in Polish zlotys, within one day from the expiry of the item rental period.

7. Complaints

7.1. Complaints can be submitted:
– through this online store contact form;
– at the seller's postal address: Clean Life Sp. z o. o. Warsaw, 03-110, ul. Marchołta 22;
– via e-mail by sending an e-mail to: biuro@mycityrent.pl;
7.2. A complete complaint should include:
– name and surname of the client,
– customer contact details (correspondence address, optionally, if the customer agrees, e-mail address, telephone number),
– receipt/invoice number,
– the date of purchase of the goods by the customer,
– description of the goods (model of the trolley or other product),
– a detailed description of the defect of the goods,
– the method of settling the complaint expected by the customer.
7.3. Confirmation of receipt of the complaint sent electronically by the seller means that it has been effectively received and registered by the seller.

7.4. The Seller will consider the complaint in accordance with the provisions of applicable law specified above and will inform the customer about the result of its consideration.

8. LIABILITY FOR EQUIPMENT

8.1. Pursuant to the signed Rental Agreement, the Tenant is responsible for the entrusted equipment, including any damage to the equipment resulting from his fault. The Lessee declares that he has the necessary knowledge about the operation of the equipment and undertakes to take care of the equipment and use it in accordance with its intended purpose. The rental company provides instructions along with the equipment, which the Lessee undertakes to read. The Lessee is not responsible for the normal operation of the equipment in accordance with the instructions.

9. Personal data protection

9.1. The administrator of personal data of customers using the online store is the seller: Clean Life Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at: Warsaw, 03-110, ul. Marchołta 22.

10. Privacy Policy

10.1. Clean Life Sp. z o. o. undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. Pursuant to this Act, the Customer consents to the storage and processing of this data by Clean Life Sp. z o. o. for the purposes of enabling the customer to use the website www.mycityrent.pl as well as to contact the customer or send him information about new products on offer.
10.2. The customer has the right to inspect his or her data, correct it and request the cessation of its use.
